What are Radiant

The procedure of heating system do not

their particular need, service temperature, and furnace atmosphere. 

What is W-TYPE Radiant Tube?

A radiant tube heating consist of an
external radiant tube build-up of heat-resistant substance, burner assembly
comprising an inner tube situated within and spaced inwardly from said radiant
tube, said inner tube having a forward discharge end, means for transferring
combustion air into said internal tube for flow toward the forward end of said
inner tube, a gas supply pipe located within said inner tube and having a
forward end, means for delivering gaseous fuel to said gas supply pipe.

Radiant tube assembly

The current concept is a radiant tube assembly that
involves a burner assembly firing combustion gases into a combustion tube who
releases radiant heat energy from its external surface. A black ceramic coating
is applied to the external surface of the combustion tube to increase the
emissivity of the combustion tube and lower the temperature of the external
surface of the combustion tube. Semi-circular top and semi-circular bottom
inserts extending longitudinally along the length of a first section of the
combustion tube lower the combustion tube outer temperature.
